The WFM & MIS expert is expected to have a strong competency in WFM, eWFM, Scheduling, MIS preparation & reporting.

Experience: Excellent excel skills is a must for this role with over 2years of experience in MIS & WFM profile 

Key qualities:

1. Between 2 to 4 years of WFM experience with inbound voice centers
2. Candidates must have WFM & eWFM scheduling experience with international processes (Aspect tool) & empower
3. Hard core scheduling experience on any WFM tool (eWFM experience shall be given preference)
4. Hand on experience on forecasting/capacity planning for inbound voice operations
5. Familiarity with tools like Blue pumpkin/CMS/Nortel/ etc.
6. Through knowledge of scheduling concepts/techniques and optimization opportunities
7. Advanced knowledge/experience on excel
8. Ability to work and deliver under pressure
9. Good communication skills
10. Flexible to work in shifts
