Job DescriptionRequirement Details:
  • Strong experience in Captiva Input Accel.
  • Experience in Captiva modules such as (Inputaccel, eInput, Dispatcher).
  • Working knowledge in Documentum 5.x, 6.x
  • Experience with various Documentum technologies and products including Content Server and Web.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills 
  • Strong deductive logic, decision making & analytical skills 
  • Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal & communications skills 
Desired ProfileJob Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical engineering support to our Enterprise customers running the Captiva platform. 
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics. 
  • Perform testing and reproduction of customer reported issues. 
  • Provide product specific bug replication and patch verification. 
  • Interact with Current Product Engineering (CPE)/Sustaining Engineering, Product Management on both proactive and reactive basis
  • Flexible to work in 24/7 evening shifts
  • Work on customer issue remotely via phone/email/chat/WebEx.
