Job Title : Sales Manager - OCC - Credit Cards
Responsibilities
* Handle a team of Tele Sales / Document Executives to achieve business objectives
* Monitor and drive critical measurement parameters of the channel ( call productivity , call flow, call efficiency and conversion)
* Achieve campaign penetration targets, product budgets and objectives that are set out for the year to enhance balance build up of the portfolio
* Supervision and development of the Team, including hiring, disciplinary actions, setting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, counseling and training, evaluating performance, and directing work assignments to ensure effective utilization of resources
* Continuously review and take appropriate action to improve or highlight representative statistics, including: base available, calls
made, total sales and conversion rates
* Review development needs of the team and develop individual plans for improvement, growth and/or career progression
* Provide guidance, counseling, coaching and/or disciplinary actions when needed for performance deficiencies and/or violations of company policies
* Workforce management, including productivity, forecasting, analysis of leave patterns and their impact on productivity levels
* Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimise errors and track performance.

barge-in to ensure business is conducted in a manner that is aligned with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures
* Reinforce the sales processes and procedures / audit guidelines by formal and informal coaching, on a regular basis
* Conduct basic analysis to track and report performance variances and analyze trends and identify areas of concern
* Regular interaction with Product Team and business partners for better understanding of products and its profitability for the channel on a regular basis
* Constant co-ordination with lead aggregators (Bank Bazar / Deal for loans) and various inhouse channels (PBK / CS / PL / AL /
GL) for increasing the overall business and improving service quality and reducing customer escalations
* Maintain quality of acquisition by achieving budgeted approval rates, product mix and segments.
Required Profile: *
Knowledge on Institutional business, Govt business, FCRA accounts would an added advantage
Should be well versed with KYC and AML norms
Good relationship management and presentation skills
