Designation: Manager/Sr Manager -Delivery Excellence

Role:


Leading the team of BPO Voice/non-Voice delivery experts, and Six-sigma Black-belts to identify and drive delivery risk reduction initiatives, SLA achievement programs, and delivery value-add/improvements initiatives using six-sigma techniques or otherwise. S/he would also be interacting with clients on these initiatives, and also as part of pursuit support.

• Min 6+ years of exp in
• Have used six-sigma, Lean and related operational improvement techniques to drive improvements in operations and producing results
• Good understanding of causes of delivery issues, and areas for delivery improvements leading to productivity, quality, value-adds, automation
• Excellent communication skills (need to interact with client)
